Orders are typically processed within two business days (Monday – Friday). However, please allow more processing time for orders placed during our special promotions and holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is ready to ship.
SHIPPING We offer the following shipping options:
Ground Shipping time is usually 4 to 7 days.
Priority Shipping time is usually 1 to 4 days. Please be sure to double-check your shipping information before the order is placed. We are not responsible for orders shipped with incorrect shipping information (ie. the address is spelled incorrectly).
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
Fueled Supplements is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If package is lost, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the carrier, however we will do anything we can to assist with providing necessary information.
How to return an item
Our return policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website. Your item must be in its original unused or unopened condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Return requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase.
**Do not send back any merchandise that has been worn, used, opened or altered, as it cannot be accepted for return or exchange and will be thrown away.
In order to be eligible for a return, you must return the item within 30 days of your purchase date. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund.
*Please note – Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Include with your return a signed letter stating the reason for your return, along with the original receipt.

You will receive a refund notification via email once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 – 7 business days for your credit to process to your card account.
How to Exchange an Item
Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase. Please follow the steps above under “How to Return an Item” for exchanges. If exchange is due to manufacturer defect, please email email@example.com with photo of proof of purchase, lot # and expiration date (found on the bottom of the bottle) and brief description of the defect.
