After fighting with technology for the last hour and a half, I am going to try again in the morning...

This evening I was in the middle of writing today's blog and figured it would be another great opportunity to do another Vlog. I created a short clip talking about stretching, and it's been quite the stretch trying to get it uploaded. I

My patience level has reached a standstill and I am going to try to upload the video tomorrow. 

So, this is today's blog, a slight failure in the small scheme of things. I tried people. My neck hurts from looking down at my phone, then back up at my computer to see if I can get them to sync. No luck.
